Characteristics:
The cultivation of Syrah variety in parcels of our Estate with acidic ground, permit us to fully exploit its quality potential.
Intense red color with purple hints. Rich aromas typical of a cool climate Syrah, which means aromas of green olive and violet. The distinctive presence of chocolate and pepper notes reveals the wine maturation in oak barrels for one year at least.
Well-structured wine, rich on soft tannins, produced and evolved with the possibility of long aging
Serving Suggestions:
It is best served, at 18c, with pepper-crusted lamb/beef fillet with wild mushrooms and spicy yellow cheeses.
